Barrand is a recent high school graduate who brings an emphasis on pitching, but is an all-around analytics analyst who has been writing about R&D and prospects for 4 years. Understanding biomechanics and coding languages on a deeper scale is his goal while sponging up as much information as possible as he works towards a lifelong goal of working for an MLB franchise.

Jack Eberle brings four years of experience in professional baseball, most recently in Amateur Scouting with the Tampa Bay Rays. A native of Chicago, he brings a passion for creativity in the player evaluation space blending video, data, and in-person looks.

Baylon is a former pitcher and infielder for St. Francis High School. He excels with data analysis inside baseball with an emphasis in pitch design. Baylon plans to continue his education and work toward a future in a front office.

Ellingsen is a graduate of Montana State University and is currently working in the Baseball Data Science department for the University of Virginia baseball program. He's a strong coder in Python.

Ellingsen has bylines at three different baseball publications and specializes in college baseball.

Nate Rasmussen comes with over four years experience working in the baseball industry. He spent four years as the Head Baseball Coach at Washington Baseball Academy and was named the Pitching Coach at Bushnell University in September of 2025. Rasmussen, a former pitcher at Bushnell himself, uses a strong focus in data and analytics to identify and evaluate pitching prospects. He's well-versed in pitch data, pitch design and coding language, all of which aid his efforts in scouting.

Rasmussen also spent five months as the Director of Amateur Scouting at Prospects Live in 2025.

Boctor is a sophomore at the University of Washington studying creative writing. He has been covering the baseball industry for three years, writing for multiple publications along the way.

Boctor embraces the grind of scouting. He places a heavy emphasis on showing up to games to get live looks at prospects for future drafts. He's attended Area Code Games on two occasions and takes pride in having seen many of the top prep prospects the West Coast can offer each draft cycle.

Boctor aspires to become a scout and/or front office analyst when he grades in 2027.

Quinn Riley is a sophomore at Penn State University studying data science. He's close to four years experience working in the baseball industry to Over-Slot. Along the way, Riley has held roles in baseball analytics departments at Malvern Prep, UPenn Baseball, and Penn State Baseball. He is currently a Data and Scouting Manager for Penn State Baseball. He's proficient in predictive modeling and data visualizations.
Riley also has experience working in the Cape Cod League. In 2025, he worked as an Analytics Intern for the Brewster Whitecaps. Riley also worked as the Head of Analytics for the Cotuit Kettleers for part of the 2026 season. Riley is currently working in R&D at Ascent Athlete.

Armani "Tre" Hunter comes with several years experience scouting, coaching and playing the game of baseball. Hunter spent time at two different colleges with the title of Assistant Coach after his playing days ended. He also spent time scouting and capturing video for Perfect Game. Hunter aspires to earn a full-time area scout role inside of a big league organization in the coming years.

Dodge has been writing about amateur baseball and analytics for the last four years. He brings a wealth of experience having worked for the Springfield Drifters in the West Coast League, the Frederick Keys in the MLB Draft League, as well as the Athletics and Sports Info Solutions along the way. Dodge has aspirations of working in a front office some day, specifically in an analytics role and/or R&D.
