Hailing from Oxford, Alabama, Maniscalco was a late entry into this class after reclassifying this past winter and showed scouts exactly why that decision could make him a pretty penny just a few short weeks from now. Having turned 17 less than two months ago, Maniscalco’s performance proves he’s got what it takes to warrant a first round selection this July.
