These are the top prospects in the 2026 MLB Draft.

The college baseball season is coming to an end. Dissectable data is helping to lead the charge at this stage. That said, our three pillars of player evaluation remain -- Live looks, data evaluation and conversations with scouting executives.

Georgia Tech catcher Vahn Lackey now sits atop the board. His combination of dynamic athleticism, impact offensive production and ability to play a premium position at a high level makes him the top prospect in the class. It's a reasonably whole profile with tools in every facet of the game. Likewise, Grady Emerson brings a level of polish and production seldom seen in his demographic. It's a tremendous blend of floor and upside.

The strength and depth of this class appears to be high school pitching now. The arms are diverse, deep and impactful in a number of different ways and flavors. College pitching has a chance to have a really nice bucket of arms in the top three rounds, however it's lighter at the top. High school position players are good, but don't appear great. Most players have a red flag they'll need to work through in the spring, however this is usually the time of year where strength gains provide better understanding of the players available in July.

Enjoy.
