There has arguably never been a more talented era for pitching in the sport of baseball. There are pitchers in college today who would have been among the most talented arms in the game 15 years ago. Today, it's time to uncover some of the intriguing relievers hiding from mainstream draft coverage, seen only by spreadsheet surfers and teams' internal draft and stuff models.

Obviously, when searching for elite stuff arms who are off the grid, we should expect them not to possess 80-grade command, or even 45 for that matter.
