Last year, St. John Bosco righty Julian Garcia watched from the bench as his team won the CIF-Southern Section Championship, rehabbing from Tommy John surgery. This year, he threw seven-plus innings in all three outings en route to a repeat for one of the most competitive leagues in high school baseball.
Garcia was dominant throughout the run, tossing 22 innings, giving up just three runs and five hits while punching out 34.
