By now the "household" names (as much as draft names can be household) are well known. Jackson Flora, Liam Peterson and Cameron Flukey are going to get handsomly paid. Others like Mason Edwards, Tegan Kuhns, and Cole Carlon are positioning themselves for fat checks too. But often times it's not the first round arm that provides excellent value at the next level, it's the stuffy reliever that eventually transitions into a starter at the next level that surprises fans.
Not every one of the arms that'll be talked about in this feature are destined to make the move into a rotation at the next level, but a few will.
