In the state of Oregon, you can rely on two things within college athletics -- The Oregon Ducks will have a great football team, and the Oregon State Beavers will field a strong baseball team. Oregon State is entering its last year as an independent baseball program, where they will travel far and wide, showcasing high-level talent wearing the orange and black. Scouts will follow them over yonder watching their hurlers chuck stuffy pills. 


Historically, Oregon State has been a hotbed for college hitters in the MLB Draft. In 2025, Aiva Arquette was the highest selected college hitter in the draft. Travis Bazzana went No. 1 overall in 2024, while Adley Rutschman went at the top of the draft in 2019.
