The 2026 MLB Draft Lottery is over. After anticipation as to how the ping pong balls may jumble, the San Francisco Giants, Kansas City Royals and Tampa Bay Rays came out the big winners on Tuesday night at the Winter Meetings.

Let's get the meat and gravy out of the way. The Chicago White Sox, holding the best odds to land the No. 1 pick in the draft did just that. The Southsiders are in the drivers seat to land Roch Cholowsky next July if they so choose (and if he earns it). The Minnesota Twins also didn't suffer too greatly. They landed the No. 3 pick in the Draft -- a slot that had a 60 percent liklihood of happening pre-lottery. Twins fans will surely be disappointed by the outcome, but they only held a 43 percent chance of landing one of the top-two picks in the draft. Perspective …
