Each year, over 600 prospects are drafted into Major League Baseball. Some are scrappy dirt dogs who play with their hair on fire. Some are sluggers with muscle carrying their profiles. There's speed demons; guys that keep the game in motion and make pitchers uncomfortable. Speaking of pitchers, some of them have that one pitch you can't get enough of.
In any case, every evaluator is drawn to different things. Different traits. Different strengths. For one reason or another, most evaluators have that one player they can't seem to get enough of.
