Slashing .350/.448/.659/1.109 this season at Central Florida and providing value on both the basepaths and with the glove, he checks a lot of boxes. Still, one part of his operation keeps some evaluators from fully buying in.
Williamson’s bat showed plenty of strong qualities this past year with a 13 percent walk rate, nearly equal to his strikeout rate.
