Twelve months out from the 2026 Draft, it’s impossible to know who will be selected and how high. There are certainly names crystalizing into household fixtures already. Baseball pundits and publications are already launching Roch Cholowsky content into the atmosphere at breakneck speed. Fans have been conditioned to know the name Justin Lebron as well.
But what about Logan Hughes? The Texas Tech left fielder is being dreadfully ignored in baseball circles. He’s one of the best hitters in college baseball.
Hughes is coming off a dynamite 2025 campaign where he slashed .327/.411/.697 with 19 homers. He had 58 RBI in just 52 games and ran a 26:24 BB/K ratio. It’s left-handed and it’s polished.
Better still, Hughes is currently tearing the cover off the ball for the Bourne Braves on the Cape.
