In a deep college class with famous names and athleticism at the top, Texas A&M shortstop Chris Hacopian finds himself underappreciated. Coming in as a relatively unheralded freshman, Hacopian mashed in two seasons at Maryland. He now brings his talents to Texas A&M and the SEC.

Hacopian is a well-respected prospect, essentially a consensus top ten talent in the class. His metrics, however, ssuggest "top ten" may be selling him short. Hacopian has an argument as being the most polished and pro-ready bat in the country. His numbers put him directly in line with recent college stars.
