It’s rhythmic hands with an advanced approach and outstanding feel for the barrel. Leeper’s ability to generate loft with his exceptional bat-to-ball skills stands out. Leeper is an above average runner and aggressive on the bases with enough arm strength to stick in centerfield. It’s a potential five tool prospect if the strength continues to blossom.
