From day one, Saint Francis (Ca.) outfielder Jack Leeper was a standout, and it was only reinforced again and again day in and day out. Leeper has an argument for the best prospect at the event. It’s rhythmic hands with an advanced approach and outstanding feel for the barrel. Leeper’s ability to generate loft with his exceptional bat-to-ball skills stands out. Leeper is an above average runner and aggressive on the bases with enough arm strength to stick in centerfield. It’s a potential five tool prospect if the strength continues to blossom.
